Layne, son of Charles Layne and Elizabeth Oyler, on 13 September 1887 at Jasper, Marion County, Tennessee; G.W. Alley, JP performed the service.6,7 She died on 14 June 1951 at Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, at age 84.4,8 She was buried on 17 June 1951 at Marion County, Tennessee.9,5
