     Garrett Thomas Hume is the son of Frederick Thomas Hume and Juliette Dandridge Schwantz.¹ He married Cindy Tucker circa 2009 at USA.¹

     Kelsie Hume is the daughter of Garrett Thomas Hume and Cindy Tucker.¹

     Titus Robert Hume is the son of Garrett Thomas Hume and Cindy Tucker.¹

     Esca Humphreys was born in May 1872 at Texas.² He married Laura Herd in 1899 at Texas.²

     Mary Humphreys was the daughter of Hon. John Cowan Humphreys.² She married Hon. William Alfred Milliken, son of Rev. Leonard Hugh Milliken and Mary Lavinia Moody, on 3 February 1870. The service was solomnized by the Rev. Leonard Hugh Milliken (William's father) at Fayette County, Tennessee.^1,3 She died before 1900.¹

     Ruby Lee Humphreys was born on 17 July 1911 at Sumner, Lamar County, Texas.¹ She was the daughter of Esca Humphreys and Laura Herd.¹ She and Robert Levelle McDaniel obtained a marriage license on 13 September 1929 at DeQueen, Sevier County, Arkansas.³ She married Robert Levelle McDaniel, son of James Robert McDaniel and Mary E. Bishop, on 15 September 1929 at Paris, Lamar County, Texas; probably married in DeQueen, Sevier County, Arkansas where license was obtained.¹ She died on 5 January 1994 at Grand Rapids, Itasca County, Minnesota, at age 82.¹

Ruby L. McDaniel, 82, Nashwauk
MASHWAUK - Ruby L. McDaniel, 82, Nashwauk, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 1994, at the Itasca Nursing Home, Grand Rapids.
She was born July 17, 1911, in Sumner, Texas, to Esca and Laura Herd Humphreys. She married Robert McDaniel in Paris, Texas, Sept. 15, 1929. She was a homemaker and lived at the Deering Manor for almost eight years before moving to Grand Rapids in 1993. She was a member of the Golden Age Club, Nashwauk, and the Cloverdale Mennonite Church.
She is survived by four sons, Earl (Pat) McDaniel, Fayetteville, Ark; James (Joyce) McDaniel, Parsons, Kan; Lee (Marian) McDaniel, Nashwauk; and Paul (Elsie) McDaniel, Northfield, Minn; two daughters, Laura Mayhew, Naples, Texas; and Ruby (William) Rowden, Glassville, Ark; 15 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 1981; one daughter, Mary Sue; and two sons, Doyle and Eugene.
Visitation will be at the Range Funeral Home, Hibbing, from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday. Pastor Leslie Gingerich of the Cloverdale Mennonite Church will officiate a 2 p.m. Saturday funeral service at the funeral home.
Burial will be at the Mashwauk Cemetery, Naswauk.¹

     Ada Carrie Hunter was born on 13 December 1910 at Texas.^1,3 She was the daughter of Madora Hunter and Ida Mae Offill.¹ She married Rainey Jenkins Gilmore on 25 October 1925 at Morris County, Texas.⁴ She died on 21 August 1937 at Texas at age 26.³

     Alabama Hunter also went by the name of Allie.² She was born on 2 July 1865 at Meigs County, Tennessee.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas M. Hunter Jr. and Sarah Ann Godsey.¹ She married Joseph D. Hixson, son of Washington Hixson and Sarah Vandergriff, on 23 January 1884 at Meigs County, Tennessee.^4,5 She and Joseph D. Hixson appeared on the census of 25 June 1900.² She and Joseph D. Hixson appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Hamilton County, Tennessee.⁶ She died on 10 February 1915 at Hamilton County, Tennessee, at age 49.^7,3 She was buried after 10 February 1915 at Hamilton County, Tennessee.³
