     William Milliken was born circa 1842 at Kentucky 1860 census lists Indiana as place of birth.¹ He was the son of John Milliken and Harriet Louisa Hord.¹ He was clerk on a steamboat in 1860.

     William Milliken was born after 1830 at Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky.¹ He was the son of William Milliken and Nancy Ramsey.¹ He married Phebe Jane Gholson, daughter of Govenor Richard Dickerson Gholson and Mary Jane Martin, on 6 July 1854 at Kentucky.¹ He died on 9 October 1856.¹

     William Milliken was born after 1845. He was the son of William Wesley Milliken and Rhoda Ann McClaud.¹ He died after 1860 at Indiana.¹

     William Alexander Milliken was born on 15 March 1849 at Henry County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of William M. Milliken and Gilley A. Hartsfield.¹ He married Unknown Crowder after 1870.¹

     Hon. William Alfred Milliken was born on 16 September 1845 at Somerville, Fayette County, Tennessee.^1,2 He was the son of Rev. Leonard Hugh Milliken and Mary Lavinia Moody.¹ He married Mary Humphreys, daughter of Hon. John Cowan Humphreys, on 3 February 1870. The service was solomnized by the Rev. Leonard Hugh Milliken (William's father) at Fayette County, Tennessee.^1,3 He served as a Representative of Montgomery County to the 43rd General Assembly between 1883 and 1885 at Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.⁴ The cause of death for Hon. William Alfred Milliken was a coronary thrombosis resulting in sudden death.⁵ He died on 6 June 1931 at Westmount, Province of Quebec, at age 85.^6,2,5,7

     William DeWitt Milliken III is the son of William DeWitt Milliken Jr. and Gloria Elaine Pace.¹ He married Sandra Traylor, daughter of Joe M. Traylor Sr. and Mary Frances Norris, circa 1982 at USA.² He and an unknown person were divorced after May 1988 at USA.³

     William DeWitt Milliken Jr. was born on 18 April 1922 at Smiths Grove, Warren County, Kentucky.¹ He was the son of William DeWitt Milliken Sr. and Winifred Clark Ellis.¹ He married Gloria Elaine Pace, daughter of John Barker Pace and Genevieve Hutchison, circa 1953.^1,2 He died on 21 December 2012 at Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee, at age 90.¹ He was buried on 23 December 2012 at Allensville, Todd County, Kentucky.¹

William "Bill" DeWitt Milliken, Jr., 90, of Clarksville, TN, died on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on April 18, 1922 in Smiths Grove, Kentucky to the late William DeWitt Milliken, Sr. and Winifred Ellis Milliken. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Milliken Page and Virginia Milliken Nuckols.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Skip Armistead officiating. Burial will be in Belmont Cemetery in Allensville, KY. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. and Sunday, December 23, 2012 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Bill was an U.S. Air Corp Veteran, having served in WWII. He was a retired locksmith at Ft. Campbell, KY. He was a member of Hilldale United Methodist Church, Warioto Audubon Society, American Birding Association, and Tennessee Ornithological Society.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Pace Milliken of Clarksville, TN; William DeWitt Milliken, III of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Elaine Milliken Foust of Clarksville, TN; and four grandchildren, Glenn Foust, J.D. Milliken, Megan Woods, and Rachel Milliken.

     William DeWitt Milliken Sr. was also known as Dewitt.⁵ He was Methodist Minister.⁶ He was born on 22 August 1885 at Kentucky.¹ He was the son of George Wesley Milliken and Luella Macpherson Perkins.¹ He appeared on the census of 20 June 1900 in the household of George Wesley Milliken and Luella Macpherson Perkins at Stallard Springs, Warren County, Kentucky.⁵ He appeared on the census of 23 April 1910 in the household of Luella Macpherson Perkins at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky.⁷ He married Winifred Clark Ellis, daughter of Beaufort G. Ellis, circa 1916 at Kentucky.^8,9 He died on 22 September 1964 at Logan County, Kentucky, at age 79.^10,11

     William Dickerson Milliken is the son of John Barnes Milliken and Juliette Dandridge King.¹ He married Mahlon Vail Wilkerson circa 1960 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.^1,2 He and Mahlon Vail Wilkerson were divorced circa 1966 at California.² He married Mary Unknown after 1967.² He and Mary Unknown were divorced after 1968.² He married Sarah Collins circa 1981.²

     William Dickerson Milliken was born on 15 September 1876 at Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.¹ He was the son of William Dickerson Milliken Sr. and Margaret Crockett Young. He died on 12 April 1940 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at age 63.

W. D. Milliken, Merchant of Lewisville Dies

William D. Milliken, 63, head of one of the oldest mercantile houses in Lewisville and board chairman of the First National Bank there, died in a Dallas hospital at 8:30 p.m. Friday following an operation.
Born in Fort Worth, Mr. Milliken had lived in Lewisville since he was three years old. He joined the dry goods firm founded by his father, the late W. D. Milliken, soon after being graduated from Southwestern University, Georgetown, and the business administration school of Soule University, New Orleans.
He was many times worshipful master of the Lewisville Masonic Lodge and was past deputy grand master of the Eighty-Fourth Masonic District.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Lewisville Methodist Church, if which he was a member and an officer. The Rev. Gibbs Mood, McKinney, will officiate. Burial will be in the Old Hall Cemetery there.
Survivors include three brothers, M. Horace Milliken and Charles Young Milliken, Lewisville, and John B. Milliken, Los Angeles, and a sister, Miss Lina Milliken, who is a teacher in the Fort Worth public schools.²

He was buried on 14 April 1940 at Lewisville, Denton County, Texas.
