     Geneva McGlothen was born circa 1920 at Menifee County, Kentucky.2 She was the daughter of Elmer McGlothen and Stella Phelps.2 She married Floyd Gilbert Milliken, son of Floyd Neely Milliken and Martha Polk Gilbert, after 1930.1 She died on 22 September 2004 at Woodburn, Warren County, Kentucky.2

Geneva McGlothen Milliken, 84, of Franklin, died Sept. 22, 2004 at the Hopkins Nursing Facility in Woodburn.

She was born in Menifee County, a daughter of the late Elmer McGlothen and Stella Phelps McGlothen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Milliken.

Mrs. Milliken was a member of Middleton Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 25 at Crafton Funeral Home in Franklin, with the Reverend Danny Burchett officiating. Burial will follow in the Sulphur Spring Cemetery.

Mrs. Milliken is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Karen Milliken of Franklin; her sisters, Nellie Carpenter of Salvisa, Catherine Boyington of Lexington and Eulla Ponton of Portage, Ind; her brother, Bobby McGlothen of West Liberty; and her grandchildren, Joseph Milliken of Franklin and Melissa Inscoe of Russellville.

Anne Renfroe McIntyre1

     Anne Renfroe McIntyre was born on 26 January 1868 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.2 She was the daughter of Hugh McIntyre.2 She married Edward Oliver Tenison, son of John R Tenison and Jane Rogers, on 28 April 1884 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.1 She died on 2 August 1927 at Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, at age 59.2 Obituary for Mrs. E.O. Tenison from the "Dallas Morning News" on August 4, 1927, Section Part 2, Page 13.

"Set Tenison Burial Friday - Body of Late Banker's Widow to be Brought Here. - Funeral services for Mrs. E.O. Tenison, 59, widow of the late E. O. Tenison, prominent banker of Dallas, who died at 11:40 o'clock Tuesday night at her summer home in Alexandria, Minn., will be held at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Dan M. Craddock, 4100 St. John's Drive. Dr. W. M. Anderson, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will officiate and burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
The body of Mrs Tenison will arrive in Dallas at 7:35 o'clock Friday morning. It will be accompanied here by Mrs. Craddock and another daughter, Mrs. Cruger T. Smith, who were at the bedside of Mrs. Tenison when she died.
Mrs. Tenison was born in Philadelphia Jan. 24, 1868, and came to Texas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh McIntyre, in 1881. On April 28, 1884, she was married to E.O. Tenison. She was formerly Miss Annie Renfro McIntyre.
Gave Park to City.
Mrs. Tenison had been prominent in social circles since coming to Dallas and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was also a director in the City National Bank.
Mr. and Mrs. Tenison donated a wooded tract of 103 acres to the city in 1923 for a park site. It was then valued at $100,000 and was given as a memorial to their son, Edward Hugh Tenison, who died several years ago. The son was associated with his father in the Tenison National Bank. The park, which lies southeast of the city, was named Tenison Park.
Mr. Tenison, who died in February, 1924, was twice chairman of the board of directors of the City National Bank.
Mrs. Tenison is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Cruger T. Smith and Mrs. Dan M. Craddock; one son, J.C. Tenison, all of Dallas, and ten grandchildren, Lila Tenison Smith, Brooksie Smith, Anne Craddock, Dorothy Craddock, Dan Craddock Jr., Elizabeth Ann Tenison, Edward Hugh Tenison, E.O. Tenison II, James Charles Tenison and John Hughes Tenison, all of Dallas.
Pioneer of Dallas.
Mrs. Tenison was a resident of Dallas for forty-six years, and since the death of her husband, had been residing at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Craddock, 4100 St. John's Drive. The Tenison home was on the Cedar Springs Road.
