Saturday, First Baptist Church, White Settlement, Rev. Paul Miller, officiating, assisted by Rev. Dowrell Hall. Interment Greenwood. Arrangements Greenwood, 3100 White Settlement Rd. at University.

     Jessie Lee Lunsford was born on 18 October 1908 at Mount Pleasant, Titus County, Texas.² She was the daughter of William Harvey Lunsford and Sara Emaline Hefner.² She married Walter Louis Hunter, son of John Wesley Hunter and Laura Irene Williams, on 10 July 1926 at Mount Pleasant, Titus County, Texas.¹ She enjoyed playing bingo in 1990 at Red River County, Texas.^3,4 She died on 5 September 1997 at Paris, Lamar County, Texas, at age 88.²

Mrs. Jessie Lee Hunter dies September 5

Mrs. Jessie Lee Hunter, age 88 of Bogata died Friday , September 5 at Cherry Maor Nursing Home in Paris.
Services were held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 7 in the First Baptist Church of Bogata with Dr. Sidney Young officiating. Burial was in Bogata Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hunter was born October 18, 1908 in Mt. Pleasant. the daughter of William Harvey and Sara Emeline Hefner Lunsford. She married Walter Hunter on July 10, 1926 in Mt. Pleasant. He preceded her in death August 2, 1978. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Robert and Donald Aubrey Hunter and a daughter, Linda Sue Hunter.
She is survived by five daughters, Shirley Kennedy of Burleson, Josie Carrington of Paris, Wilma Giles of Ft. Worth, Peggy Strain of Bogata, and Virginia Gray of Flint, MI; two sons, Ross Hunter of Mineola and John Wesley Hunter of Alvarado; one sister, Reba Parham of Desoto; 28 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.²

     William Harvey Lunsford married Sara Emaline Hefner before 1907.

     Leighanna Ruth Lutz is the daughter of Greg Lutz. She married Charles Stanley Robinson Kuhns, son of John Lee Kuhns and Alice Reynolds, circa 2001.¹

     Brian Robert Lynn married Lindsey May Dudik, daughter of Henry August Dudik and Kathy Lynn Shuler, on 18 July 2003 at Williamson County, Texas.¹

     Kevin Lyons married Kimberly Ann Shuler, daughter of James Weldon Shuler and Genevieve French, circa 2001.¹ He and an unknown person were divorced circa 2004.¹

     Steve Lyons married Theresa Joyce Opstedal, daughter of Anthony J. Opstedal and Mary I. Gideon, after 1960 at USA.²

     Caroline Susan MacDonald is the daughter of I. Keith MacDonald.¹ She married David J. Warburg, son of Edward Mortimer Morris Warburg and Mary Whelan Prue, on 6 July 1962 at Riverside, Fairfield County, Connecticut.¹ She and David J. Warburg were divorced before 1971 at USA.² She married Richard Z. Chesnoff on 11 September 1972 at Westport, Fairfield County, Connecticut.²
