     Hugh Austin Butler was born on 4 July 1907 at Winters, Runnels County, Texas.2,3,4 He was the son of William H. Butler and Lillie Mae Sain.5 He married Ettie Faye Buchanan before 1932. He died on 21 November 1989 at Texas at age 82.4 He was buried after 21 November 1989 at Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.4

     John Henry Butler was born on 15 August 1919 at Bradshaw, Taylor County, Texas.1,2 He was the son of William H. Butler and Lillie Mae Sain.1 He died on 30 March 1998 at Abilene, Taylor County, Texas, at age 78.2 John Henry Butler

WINTERS -- John Henry Butler, 78, charter member of Southside Baptist Church, died Monday in an Abilene hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Winters Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Gayland Broadstreet and James Gehrels officiating. Burial will be in Bluff Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Butler was born in Bradshaw and lived in Runnels County most of his life. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II and worked as a mechanic.

Survivors include four sons, Johnny D. Butler of Wingate, Walter Butler of Mariposa, Calif., Danny Butler of Vicksburg, Miss., and Roy Butler of Van Nuys, Calif; one daughter, Betty Mullins of San Angelo; three brothers, W.T. "Bus" Butler of Bullhead, Ariz., Bill Butler of Winters and R.Q. Butler of Iraan; two sisters, Annie Mae Finny and Edith Bishop, both of Fresno, Calif; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to Southside Baptist Church in Winters.2
